Video streaming pauses frequently

When youtube is accessed, video often pauses while audio continues. This occurs every 10 or 20 seconds, and the video pauses between 3 and 7 seconds.

same here, its not only on youtube, all streams that ive used so far present the same problem.

Google Chrome is not part of the Ubuntu archive so the status for "Ubuntu" tasks is "Invalid".

Please report the bug to the Chrome developers instead at: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/list

It's not only happened on chrome or others browser. The problem still appear on Ubuntu's default videos player with local video.
