Bug Description
[Impact]
The hinic driver isn't included in the installer, so it isn't possible to use Huawei NICs for network installs.
[Test Case]
Boot d-i on a system with a Huawei PCIe card. Proceed to the network configuration screen, and see if that NIC is displayed.
[Fix]
Adding the module to the nic-modules list for d-i.
[Regression Risk]
Including a new driver is a common practice that should have minimal regression risk.
