Bandit issues in Python code in the built RPMs

Bug Description

When running Bandit tool (https://github.com/openstack/bandit) on the files from the built RPMs (from the master branch) I've got the issues from the attached files.
I've excluded the contrail-test and contrail-fabric-utils RPMs as they don't seem to be necessary for deploying.
