Offline module - Add more choices to Offset drop down

Offline module has four choices in the Check Out Offset drop down menu

(3,7,14,30 days)

Can we add 21 days & 28 days to the Offset drop down in Offline Circulation??

We received another request to modify this drop down menu.

Currently the default value displayed in the drop down = No Offset

No Offset = Today

No Offset is not very descriptive and has caused some confusion - it would be better if this said "Today"

The rest of the options are:

Today + X days

Today + 7 days
Today + 14 days
Today + 21 days
Today + 28 days

General question: would replacing the drop-down with a numeric input be generally acceptable? It would have the advantage of avoiding any need to play whack-a-mole with the set of options.

I would think so. That said, if we're going to arrange the input inside a phrase, like "today + [input] days," we should do so using a placeholder string so that translators can move it around to suit other languages' grammar.
