Hi,

originally reported there https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1571341

doing a update on newton, we've got:

           /var/lib/heat-config/heat-config-script/4291e22b-9bda-4575-8394-79e8390840c9:
           line 17: syntax error near unexpected token `<'

during the update.

This is critical because it's preventing newton update which is required for ffu.
