Bug Description
The juju help command has a helpful "topics" section, but that doesn't seem to be mentioned. It should probably be mentioned if you run "juju help" because that's the only place to find out about some import usage info, such as the global-options sub-topic which documents the flags applicable to all juju sub-commands.
