Please sync fillets-ng and fillets-ng-data 0.8.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Rationale:
    User request (see previous description)
    New upstream contains new levels, supports undo, and is otherwise good.
    New Debian revision contains lots of fixes, including gcc 4.3 FTBFS resolution
    Both packages build and install correctly in hardy
    Single bug as packages should remain in sync
