After moving dependencies for master to rocky tags, gperftools packages have been removed as there are gperftools in both base and ceph repos. This shouldn't be a problem by itself but together with the fact that dependencies metadata take some time to get in sync to repos, jobs are failing because are using metadata from old repo version and packages from new one.
As workaround, i've added the rpms to the repo manually. As final solution i'm going to re-push gperftools to RDO deps as the release in RDO Queens has higher nvr that the one in base and ceph and we may break upgrade path.
