Pushing kolla image gets HTTP status: 500 Internal Server Error

Trying to push nova-compute kolla container we get:

This is resolved. It was a disk space issue which was detected by our monitoring but the bot was not properly sending alarms.

We also got the green light to delete the old registry namespaces so this shouldn't come up again.
