Bug Description

Ubuntu Bionic Beaver 18.04 (development version).
Ubuntu Dock 0.9.1.

I expected the dock to be translucent but the dock appears black for a little while instead.

How to reproduce:
1) Make sure you don't have any application on full screen;
2) Lock the screen;
3) Unlock the screen.
