output of 'ls -l /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libzstd.so*' would be nice too

Note that litzstd is typically the last library in alphabetical order, and this is the third different package reported (see bug 1766046) with this error.

What exact log are you requesting?

Mostly /var/log/installer/syslog. It seems your install did not complete and hence the system is broken.
