Bug Description

default namespaces in k8s are not reflecting in the contrail and UI, sanity is failing due to this
while creating a namespace in k8s.

yuvaraja looking into the issue .

[root@nodei24 ~]# kubectl get namespaces
NAME STATUS AGE
contrail Active 5m
default Active 5m
kube-public Active 5m
kube-system Active 5m
