Web client purchase order, browser refresh closes the purchase order

3.06 web client acquisitions.

When you are creating a purchase order or working with an existing purchase order & refresh the screen, it dumps you out of the purchase order & takes you to the acquisitions search screen.

We often have to refresh the screen when entering prices in purchase orders as they often don't "stick", so we reload the screen to verify that the price is there.

This issue exists in 3.1

I have found that for most things the purchase order will auto-refresh if you click on the screen

For example - if you add a price to your line item and then click in the header area the PO will auto-refresh

The PO does not auto-refresh if a line item is deleted

Desired fix -
a) auto-refresh after a line item has been deleted
b) refresh screen should not close the PO

This continues in 3.2. While in an existing PO, refresh returns to acq search screen.

I have a branch here that refreshes the iframe that the purchase order lives in. It adds a button next to the "Open in New Window" that when clicked will refresh the PO without sending you back to the search screen.
