Please sync parcellite (0.7-1) from Debian unstable

Parcellite version 0.7 is now out:

  + Added man page.
  + Option to disable/enable saving history.

  + Removed startup option.
  + Performance improvements.
  + Runs at startup by default in GNOME (remove via GNOME's Sessions application).
  + Config now saves in ~/.config/parcellite following freedesktop.org specifications.
  + Data now saves in ~/.local/share/parcellite following freedesktop.org specifications.
  + Bugfix: Assertion error on first run.

I went ahead and got it into Debian while waiting for the Intrepid archives to open. It is currently sitting in NEW for Debian unstable. I will convert this into a sync bug once it hits the archive.
