libica 3.3.0 released with following enhancements for pervasive encryption
- Add CEX supported elliptic-curve crypto interfaces
- Add SIMD supported multiple-precision arithmetic interfaces
- Add interface to enable/disable SW fallbacks
- Add 'make check' target, test-suite rework
