Bug Description

BgpPath::GetFlagsStringList() returns a list of strings, one for each of the path flags bit set. This code is not currently tested by the BGP unit tests. It is a simple enough code which can be readily tested using unit test, and also gives better code coverage.

Add unit test to test BgpPath::GetFlagsStringList()

Add specific unit test to test BgpPath::GetFlagsStringList() with various
path flags set. Also add a test to test BgpPath::GetSourceString() with
all PathSource possible values
