Test Case
=========
From a clean Ubuntu 18.04 install,
1. Install gnome-initial-setup
2. Log out then log back in.
3. Complete the Welcome to Ubuntu wizard, making sure to enable Livepatch.
4. Afterwards, run the Software & Updates app (software-
5. Switch to the Updates tab.
The page says "To use Livepatch you need to sign in."
Workaround
==========
Click Sign In and then click your Ubuntu One account to get Software & Updates to correctly recognize your account.
