[Regression] Reply / forward neither quoting nor inlining original email

Bug Description

After today's (2018-04-12) update of Evolution, whenever I reply or forward an email, the original email is neither quoted nor inlined as per Composer Preferences.

The version of evolution available in bionic until yesterday (2018-04-11) didn't have this problem.

I'm using evolution via gnome online accounts on google mail accounts. Happens on email received on all accounts.

I have the same issue, when i hit reply or forward i get a blank screen as if the message is new..
Also I have multiple Accounts with different signatures and when i hit reply or try to create a new message.. it only displays one signature and i can't change it nor i can't delete it.
