Bug Description
Binary package hint: f-spot
When in fullscreen mode or viewing a slideshow, some panel applets still attempt to render leaving ugly boxes on my photos. Worst offender is System Monitor. I'm running Gutsy with desktop effects turned on and the open source ATI driver.

Does not happen when I turn off desktop effects.
