Bug Description
Since MAAS, by default, has a proxy, it is basically an open proxy.
MAAS API, however, has an option to allow/disallow a specific MAAS subnet to be allowed to access the proxy or disallowed.
This allows admins to disallow access to the proxy from public networks or internatl networks.
It would be nice to have this proxy option available in the UI.
