Bug Description
3gp file can't play based on helix engine.
reproduced step:
1) only enable helix engine,
2) play MID.3gp, pompt up "file format .3gp is not
supported by any engine".
3) only enable gst engine or enable both, can play smoothly.
previous version can play 3gp based on helix.
expeceted result:
play 3gp normally based on helix.
