Bug Description
When lvm snapshot exists on any of the volume groups, ubuntu will hang
while booting and after a while display systemd-udevd:240 blocked for
more than 120 seconds; lvm:50 blocked for more than 120 seconds. At this
point, hard reset is required. Once every 5 or 6 resets it will boot
normally.
Removing a snapshot makes it boot without issues every time.
