Bug Description
I'm not sure if this bug belongs in this section.
System sometimes freezes after startup, but it's still active. I can see visual changes made around the UI when the cursor is moved, but it's still very stuttered and unusable. Perhaps some process is using too much of the hardware (or something similar). This happens occasionally, at other times it works just fine.
