Bug Description

When joining k8s master, contrail-ansible-deployer uses "master" fact, which contains inventory name of the k8s master as destination IP for k8s nodes. This is OK only if hostname is equal to the IP.

https://github.com/Juniper/contrail-ansible-deployer/blob/master/playbooks/roles/create_containers/tasks/configure_k8s_join_node.yml#L28

Same for role install_contrail.

Desired behavior: contrail-ansible-deployer uses private_ip of master instead.
