firefox hangs while on youtube

Binary package hint: mozilla-firefox

While on YouTube and watching a video, sometimes when I click the "back" button or a link to a related video, Firefox will freeze and I will have to terminate it. This is not all the time, it just happens randomly. Add-ons I have installed:

It's probably a flash plugin issue. After launching a few movies on Youtube, Firefox always hangs up. Especially with a java chat applet in another window.

This is an old and very annoying failure in firefox and/or flash. It is not very easy to repeat the same failure again, but it happens regularly.

Same here! This doesn't happen on windows version of Firefox though.

This is an usual problem of incompatibility of flash with Mozilla firefox----!!!!!!!! Proper Flash plugins are not available!! But the new version of ubuntu ( Hardy heron 8.04) Had solved these flash problems and working fine...i Am using its beta version..so its working fine now! before , i had the same problem!!!!!!!!!!!"Cheers!!!!!!!!![:)]
