Bug Description

Since doing a fresh install of 18.04 Beta, I experience random lock-ups. Also, running Neofetch causes what looks like a hard lock, but the screen continues to refresh (system monitor continues to display new data). However, inputs don't work (mouse and keyboard). Not sure if this is related.
