Installer crashes on BTRFS install

Bug Description

I set up new btrfs instance on 3 SSD devices:

 sudo mkfs.btrfs -f -d raid0 /dev/nvme0n1p4 /dev/sda /dev/sdd

Device Start End Sectors Size Type

/dev/nvme0n1p2 1050624 5244927 4194304 2G Linux filesystem <- /boot partition

Whenever I try to install Ubuntu 17.10 on such configuration something crashes during install process.
