Hashsum mismatches on bionic Packages.xz for net install

Bug Description

This might be a temporary issue but at least for the last few hours I got hashsum mismatches for the bionic Packages.xz with mirror.pregi.net and JP.archive.Ubuntu.com when doing a net install. Only archive.Ubuntu.com allowed me to proceed. Could be very frustrating experience for somebody just trying out Ubuntu.

why oh why file it against mesa?

and as you said, it's a temporary issue

My apologies for filing against mesa. Not sure how that happened. But the problem itself remains. Since it's been over a week now, I think it's important to have it on the radar.

jp.archive.ubuntu.com seems to have recovered, though.
