Touchpad right click does not work

After upgrading form 17.10 to 18.04 beta 1 and also after beta 2, the right button of the touchpad stopped working. It worked perfectly before. The issue persists in Wayland and X11.

The left button click, double tap select works fine.

I tried to reload psmouse, as recommended on some Ubuntu pages, however, it did not work at all.
