docker-puppet puppet-generated dirs not cleaned during rsync

Here we have --delete-after, but not --delete, so I think we won't clean any old extraneous files/dirs in the target directory during the rsync, which could lead to unexpected results if "old" files are no longer touched via puppet.
We should probably either add --delete or explicitly clean the target directory before doing the rsync?
From the manpage:
--delete == "delete extraneous files from dest dirs"
--delete-after == "receiver deletes after transfer, not during"
