Worflows 'list' and 'list_groups' from tripleo.validations.v1 don't produce any output

These two workflows from tripleo.validations.v1, that meant to return a result, do not produce any output at all, which makes them useless in practice:

    Make two workflows from 'validations' produce output

    Now two 'list' workflows don't return the result. This commit adds
    "output" section to both of them.
