[2.4, UI] Invalid tooltip about no tests run

There's an invalid tooltip that shows while hovering over the machine listing page (see the screenshot)

The expectationis that there's no tooltip when hovering and there's not icon providing feedback. In other words, tooltip should only show if hardware tests/commissioning scripts icons are present.

Could you clarify where does the tooltip sit? I'm struggling to find it on the screenshot.

@Kasia - The screenshot doesn't show it. If you hover your cursor over right next to the cores, RAM, disks, or storage on any machine in the machines listing page you'll see a tooltip. The icon is disabled with data-ng-if however it is not disabling the tooltip for the disabled icon.
