Thunderbird time zone data has not been updated since March 2017

Thunderbird maintains its own copy of the timezone data, which in Bionic has not been updated since March 2017. This has been fixed upstream starting with 52.7.

As a result events may not display at the correct time; for example, events sent with the timezone Africa/Khartoum will display offset by one hour.
