Bug Description

Juniper/contrail provides a Dockerfile that ca be used to build contrail-go container - make sure this container is published to Docker Hub as part of our periodic builds.

Push contrail containers to the internal registry

Push contrail containers to the internal registry, from where they
can be later published to the docker hub.
