Bug Description
Get source with `apt-get source bison` (bison-3.0.4).
Use `./configure --prefix=$HOME` then `make`, get an error:
make: *** No rule to make target 'doc/bison.texi', needed by 'examples/

the package builds fine. If you want to build from upstream sources, please build from the upstream tarball.
