Change http proxy cannot change other proxy automatically if using same proxy for all protocols. Found the issue in QA 12/10 image.

Reproduced steps:

1. Launch proxy from settings.
2. On "Proxy configuration" tab of proxy dialog, click "Manual proxy configuration".
3. Input http proxy, select "use the same proxy for all protocols" checkbox.
4. Modify http proxy edit entry.

Current result:
----------
In step4, other proxy info doesn't change with the changing of http proxy.

Expect result:
----------
In step4, all other proxy info should also changed with the changing of http proxy.

A temporary fix is to uncheck and recheck the "Use the same proxy for all protocols" box, this will repopulate those fields.

In moblin-applets 0.24, uncheck and recheck the "Use the same proxy for all protocols" box, the issue is fixed. Does this tempory fix or finalize fix?

Fixed in 0.27, all the entries now update in sync with the http proxy name and port.

Verified in applets 0.27, the issue is fixed, close it.
