Modify drop down calendar on marquee doesn't take effect. Suggest remove drop down modification feature, it will make user confused.
Reproduced stpes:
----------
1. Click date&time plugin on marquee.
2. On drop down calendar, change month and year.
3. Click date&time plugin on marquee again to hide calendar.
Current result:

Date and time doesn't change in step2. Only click "Adjust Time/Date" to call Date&time applet, modifications can take effect. Suggest remove drop down modification feature, it will make user confused.

this is fixed in marquee-plugins 0.16, please be noted that 0.16 is still UNRELEASED.
