Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

I had nine tabs opened in firefox, eight of them were articles from

http://punto-informatico.it/

I was looking at this page
http://punto-informatico.it/p.aspx?i=2140160&p=3
and when i used scrool wheel with my mouse, firefox crashed.

This happens often in that site (not in a particular article page) with a lot of tabs opened, but it seems quite random.

I suspect it's related to flash contents in web pages...

As I told before it crashes often when I have several articles of www.punto-informatico.it opened in different tabs.
Firstly surfing becomes very slow, and then firefox grey out and freezes, after a while it crashes.
Those pages have some flash contents in them.

Today I installed "FlashBlock" extension for Firefox
http://flashblock.mozdev.org/
and no more crashes or unresponsive pages.
I can surf nice.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10?
