Missing Liquidio Service definition in overcloud puppet registry file

Bug Description

LiquidioCompute nodes use OS::TripleO::Services::LiquidioCompute to apply necessary configuration. This service declaration is currently missing in overcloud puppet service registry file. Without this declaration, respective role can not be used.
