Bug Description
Recently when I login, I get the following error message.
The X system keyboard settings differ from your current GNOME keyboard settings.
Expected was model "generic", layout "us" and no options, but the following settings were found: model "pc105", layout "us" and no options.
Which settings would you like to use.

This has been fixed. I don't know what why the settings changed, but GNOME had a "generic" model and X had a "pc105" model. What I did was run:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg
When asked about the keyboard layout, I typed in "generic" to make X consistent with GNOME.
The error does not come up any more.
