Bug Description

BUG Tempelate:

Configuration:
K8s 1.9.2
contrail-5.0.0-45
Centos-7.4

Setup:
5 node setup.
1 Kube master. 3 Controller.
2 Agent+ K8s slaves

kubemanager container name has recently been changed to "kubemanager_kubemanager_1"
Need to add support for container with this name

A small change. Tested the build with the patch.
Closing it for now. If some issue is observed because of this change, will reopen the bug.
