Button Applet: home screen cannot switch to other category when button is deactivated and switch to background

steps:
1. select "Settings" category
2. launch button
3. click "show homescreen" button on marquee to deactivate and switch button applet to background

symptom:
1. when click marquee drop down menu to switch home screen to some other category: eg. All or tools, the icons on home screen cannot be changed.
2. the category name in marquee can be changed to "All" or "Tools"

I have to click "Show Homescreen" button again to activate button applet window and close it, and then changing the category is OK

I see the issue, it may be fixed if the buttons applet is switched back to a dialog.

The buttons applet is a dialog again in 0.27, so this issue is fixed because the home screen button doesn't minimize dialogs.

Verified in applets 0.27, the issue doesn't exist due to button window changed to dialog, so close it.
