Night Light problem

Bug Description

I turned the "Night Light" on in the system Settings-Devices-Displays. When the laptop is going to sleep (i thougt it is a problem related to power management), the Night Light effect will be off. I have to manually turn the effect off and on to activte the effect.

Ubuntu 17.10 (artful) reached end-of-life on July 19, 2018.
