Bug Description
WSGI configuration is missing the directive
"WSGIApplicatio
WSGIProcessGroup" in the horizon template.
Of all WSGI configuration templates it is
the only one that does not have the
"WSGIApplicatio
Results in horizon not being able to load when using binary images.
Same as bug #1717922 in kolla-ansible.
