Bug Description

Please backport transmission 0.95.dfsg-1 from Hardy.

I tested for Feisty and Gutsy, it builds and works like a charm. The previous versions of transmission have already been backported to feisty and gutsy.

I just tested the new transmission 1.00-1 from Hardy, it builds correctly and works fine. I think it's safe to backport this.

Tested and approved for Gutsy, currently there's been no testers on Feisty for 1.00-1 so let's hold that.
