This is in reference to internal support case 00175797
Customer would like ability for MaaS to allow non-admin users to edit network interfaces for machines MaaS is managing (specifically adding/removing bonds)

Hi Gabriel,
Currently only admin users can create low level configurations, such as creation of bonds / vlan interfaces, etc.
Adding more granularity into what the user is allowed to do is targeted to RBAC support.
