Bug Description
[Panel] Change the resolution in the control panel and click "Save Changes". Selecting "Restore Before Configuration" in the pop-up interface will cause the start menu to be lost. The tray icon on the right side of the panel: Power Management, Input Method will appear repeatedly. The pop-up panel error message is displayed. The reset panel also cannot return to normal.
