Bug Description
I got this error message first when trying to update from X4043 to X4090 and it does not install the latest version. I have a picture below of the error message.

This is a known problem which we tried but could not avoid at the time - the code signing certificate for Open Rails expired and the new one had a different set of properties than the updater was expecting, so it rejects it.
I've got a probable fix for this in the future but cannot retroactively fix the problem when updating from an old version. :(
