Bug Description
Ubuntu locked up on install of nvida-current and I could not get back in so I started over again to reinstall Ubuntu and got this crash. As a result I will reformat the disks and start fresh when the disk wipe finishes

You tried to install grub to /dev/dm-0, which is a logical volume. It must be installed to a physical hard disk ( /dev/sda ).
