[Contrail Fabric] MX commit taking too long , Junos module time out

[chhandak]

MX commit is taking long time to push, in between Junos module is timing out. For this ansible playbook is considering commit fails and stop executing further steps.

So as a result though MX has required config, physical router association with BGP router is failing.
